Studentify is an educational technology platform designed to help students learn more effectively through AI-powered tutoring, personalized learning, practice questions, progress tracking, and more. We may add or modify features as we evolve.

You must be at least the minimum age required by applicable law or have parental/guardian consent. Keep account information accurate and secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

Use Studentify only for lawful, educational purposes. Do not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content. Do not attempt to access others' accounts or reverse-engineer the Platform.

5. AI Features

AI features provide educational assistance and may not always be accurate. Verify important information with trusted educational sources.

6. User Content & IP

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting, you grant Studentify a license to store, display, and process your content to operate the Platform.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information. Schools using Studentify are responsible for obtaining parental permissions where required.

8. Payments & Subscriptions

Paid features are processed via approved payment providers. Refunds and billing terms depend on specific plans.

9. Disclaimers & Liability

The Platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studentify disclaims warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Suspension, Changes & Governing Law

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, update the Platform, and change these Terms. Governing law will depend on Studentify's operating jurisdiction.
